Organizations are about people.  The success of any organization is directly linked to the level of productive interactions and relationships among people.  The system of interactions of people in organizations is highly complex and includes employees, customers partners, and stakeholders.  Interactions can occur in a variety of settings - meetings, conferences, special initiatives, training events, and day-to-day work.  Working with multiple agendas, personalities, beliefs, and values are commonplace in organizational settings.  Providing a common focus, tools and processes for producing results is LCA's mission.
